No. Oswalo sends rehearsal audio to OpenAI and ElevenLabs only so the other side can respond in the moment, and under their API terms that content isn't used to train their models. Oswalo doesn't build a voice profile of you either.

Your audio and a text version of it go to OpenAI and ElevenLabs so the other side can be voiced in real time. Oswalo doesn't store the audio of your rehearsals; it keeps only a limited record of each rehearsal's outcome. The privacy policy lists every service provider.

You don't need to. The other chair works by role, so a situation can be described without names or confidential details. Leave out anyone else's confidential information you aren't permitted to share, and anything you'd be uncomfortable having processed through an app.

Oswalo subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID on the App Store. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel through Apple to stop future charges.

Purchases and renewals go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one through your Apple ID; Apple's refund policies apply, along with any refund rights the law gives you where you live.
